Poison Ivy Events is a New York-based boutique live entertainment company, organizing live events all over the world.
Our portfolio includes everything from large open-air summer festivals to local community events. With years of expertise in this area, we have organized concerts and collaborated with local partners in the USA, Germany, Bulgaria, England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, Slovenia, and Ireland.
Some of the most notable open-air summer festivals took place in iconic venues such as the historic Freilichtbühne Loreley amphitheater in Sankt Goarshausen, Germany, and Suvilahti in Helsinki, Finland, featuring international artists such as MANOWAR (US), Teräsbetoni (FI), Imperia (FI). Kingdom Come (DE), Van Canto (DE), Wizard (DE), and Ulytau (KZ) among others.
With over 25 shows for heavy-metal legends MANOWAR (US), Poison Ivy Events’ team has vast experience in successfully organizing large scale concerts in this genre. However, there is no exclusivity for rock music: The company is, among others, the lead live production partner of pop-jazz masters Joe Camardo Jr & His Stardusters (US).
Poison Ivy Events works with a highly experienced team of production and marketing professionals who lend their expertise in mastering the plethora of tasks involved in the success of any live event. These include but are not limited to booking venues, hiring crews and artists, contract negotiation, marketing, and promotion, or bringing artists to new cities and foreign countries. We work with the industry’s top vendors and use state-of-the-art equipment in the world’s best venues and most vibrant cities. Whether you plan an elaborate multi-truck tour with a 70+ traveling party or an intimate event: we have done it before and are here to do it for you!
After 10 years of operating under an exclusivity contract, Poison Ivy Events has launched as a full-service entertainment company, available to clients of all genres and markets to create, develop, manage, and promote live entertainment events across the world
