Poison Ivy Events is a New York-based boutique live entertainment company organizing live events worldwide.
Our work spans large open-air summer festivals, arena tours, club shows, and local community events. We have organized concerts and collaborated with local partners across the United States and Europe, bringing artists to established markets as well as new cities and countries.
Notable open-air festivals have taken place at the historic Freilichtbühne Loreley amphitheater in Sankt Goarshausen, Germany, and Suvilahti in Helsinki, Finland, featuring international artists including MANOWAR (USA), Teräsbetoni (Finland), Imperia (Finland), Kingdom Come (Germany), Van Canto (Germany), Wizard (Germany), and Ulytau (Kazakhstan).
With more than 70 shows organized for MANOWAR, our team brings deep experience in large-scale heavy metal production. Our work is not limited to rock: Poison Ivy Events is also the lead live production partner of the Stardusters All-Star Band.
Our production and marketing professionals cover the full arc of a successful live event: venue booking, crew and artist hiring, contract negotiation, marketing, promotion, and international logistics. We work with experienced vendors, proven equipment, and venues ranging from intimate rooms to arenas.
After ten years operating under an exclusivity contract, Poison Ivy Events launched as a full-service entertainment company available to clients across genres and markets—to create, develop, manage, and promote live entertainment around the world.
