Who is responsible

Poison Ivy Events LLC is responsible for this website and for personal information sent to us directly.

Information processed

This site has no accounts, purchases, newsletter, contact form, or behavioral analytics. Our hosting provider processes ordinary technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to deliver and secure the site. If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you choose to provide so we can respond and manage the resulting business relationship.

Purposes and legal bases

Technical request information is processed as necessary to provide a secure and reliable website and in our legitimate interest in operating it. Direct communications are processed to respond to your request, take steps toward a possible agreement, perform an agreement where applicable, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and transfers

The website is hosted by Netlify, and business email is provided through Google Workspace. These providers may process information in the United States and other locations under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Poison Ivy Events does not create a separate visitor-tracking database. Hosting security and request information is retained according to the hosting service's operational settings and policies. Direct communications are kept only while needed to handle the inquiry, maintain the business relationship, protect legal rights, or satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations, and are reviewed periodically.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set nonessential cookies, use behavioral tracking, or load third-party social, map, video, or advertising embeds. We verify this behavior before launch. Because there are no nonessential cookies or trackers to accept, the site does not display a cookie-consent banner.

Ticket buttons and social links take you to external services, including Eventim, Facebook, Instagram, and X. Those services operate under their own privacy notices and may process information after you choose to visit them.

Your choices and rights
